Storybooks 1 and 2 teach and entertain through the use of an oversized storybook and a storyteller coach as its focal points.
The storyteller coach reads the story, demonstrates and directs the players to do motor control, balance, ball familiarity and soccer skills that relate to the parts of the story. The stories combine a fun short story with a comprehensive set of activities appropriate for the age group.
All stories include a great message about learning, being thoughtful, and growing.
The stories range from public use adapted short stories to originals.
Some stories use props in a uniquely developmental way. All stories include colorful cartoon characters to draw kids attention and enhance the fun.
The stories are designed to give kids period of high activity rate and rest, in line with the appropriate guidelines for the age group. Unless the player is have a personal bad day:( all players will have maximum physical and soccer activities. The stories provide a focused and needed rest period as they prepare to see where the story leads and what they get to do next.
The stories importantly engage kids on both physical and the cognitive levels.
Children are learning the alphabet and how to count at these age groups.
They are familiar with having stories read to them and transitioning to a focused resting state. Storybook Soccer takes advantage of the natural instincts of the age group and guides them in perfect rhythm through the activities.

All set up is based on a 1 coach and up to 10 player ratio. Players are required to have an an attending parent, guardian or older sibling with each player.
